CHAI was pleased to welcome Mr. Mathias from MISEREOR from April 15–17, 2026, to review the progress of PRATYASHA – Palliative Care, SWALAMBAN – HIV Care for Children, and Community Health Projects.

During the three-day visit, discussions focused on project progress, impact among marginalised communities, and strategies to sustain the outcomes achieved through donor support.

On April 16, a field visit was conducted to Warangal, where Mr. Mathias visited two SWALAMBAN partners — Lodi Multipurpose Social Service Society and Karunalayam — along with one PRATYASHA partner, St. Ann’s Hospital. He also interacted with project beneficiaries, especially children who have benefited from vocational and digital training initiatives. Mr. Mathias appreciated the confidence and enthusiasm shown by the children.
