With over 80 years of dedicated service, CHAI has continuously strived to strengthen a data-driven healthcare network that can effectively deliver and demonstrate meaningful impact through its health mission. As part of this vision, the organisation undertook a comprehensive review of its membership database and identified the need to update and strengthen key information related to the institutional identity, contact details, services offered, and programmatic portfolios of its Member Institutions (MIs). This effort aims to create a dynamic and holistic view of the network, serving as a reliable baseline for institutional understanding and strategic planning.
In response, CHAI initiated the MI Mapping and Profiling Exercise in 2025, with active support from its Regional Units (RUs). This initiative is a significant step toward building a robust and credible database that will inform planning, enhance coordination, and support data-driven decision-making across the network.
Through this bulletin, CHAI invites and encourages all Member Institutions to actively participate in this time-bound exercise, which covers over 3,500 institutions, with the shared goal of strengthening the network and advancing its collective mission.
