Job Specification:

Reporting to the Director General (DG), the Medico-Legal Expert will:

  1. Address any/ all issues related to Medico-Legal cases for any of CHAI Member Institutions.
  2. Provide training to CHAI members on Medico-Legal aspect and how to handle them.
  3. Come up with a comprehensive document detailing all the Medico-Legal laws, issues that may arise and how to address them.
  4. Provide advice and guidance to the Director General on legal aspect of any new initiatives.

 

Qualification & experience:

  1. Post graduation degree in Law.
  2. At least 5 years of senior level experience in handling Medico-Legal cases with a health based charity, private sector organisations.

Above position involves travel within and outside the state of Andhra Pradesh as the need may be.
