First IMPACT TB Control Programme

Collaborating with Revised National TB Control Programme, CHAI facilitates enrolment of its rural-based members into various schemes of the government and their implementation. Operational in seven states, the programme forges effective collaboration between rural hospitals and the government. 72 members are implementing the programme with 1598 Health Facility personnel having been sensitized and trained.  Read More..

Project Axshaya

Working towards strengthening the participation of civil society in Tuberculosis Care and Control through Advocacy, Communication and Social Mobilization (ACSM) by systematic support to the Revised National Tuberculosis Control Programme, the project aims at

  • Improving the reach, visibility and effectiveness of the RNTCP through civil society support in 374 districts across 23 states by 2015
  • Engaging communities and community-based care providers in these districts and states to improve TB care and control,  especially for marginalized and vulnerable populations including TB-HIV patients .        Read More..
